This presentation briefly summarizes the application of loglinear models for the analysis of categorical data, as well as how the loglinear model serves as a useful reparameterization for logistic models and latent class models.

Ann Arthur is a doctoral candidate in the Quantitative, Qualitative and Psychometric Methods Program in the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She earned her master's degree in survey research and methodology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2011.
